We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical Remote PPC Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You’ll work across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels to deliver high-performance campaigns aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, bid management, and conversion tracking. You should be comfortable analyzing data, A/B testing ad creatives, and optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute high-converting PPC campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve targeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop engaging visuals for ad creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage daily PPC budgets, bid strategies, and account performance across multiple channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid advertising, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid advertising strategies with overall digital marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Experience with bid management, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and other paid media platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to work independently in a remote setup.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other PPC-related courses (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience or internships in PPC campaign management, digital advertising, or SEM.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising, audience targeting, and bid management.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and landing page optimization.
  • Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives and campaign messaging.
  • Experience with budget management and ROI-driven strategies.
