We’re looking for a self-motivated and analytical Remote SEO Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for independently managing assigned SEO projects, from keyword research to performance analysis. You’ll optimize content, improve website rankings, and ensure high-quality organic traffic growth across various platforms.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, and content marketing strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.

What you will do

Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize website content.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and image alt texts.
Assist in developing and executing link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for organic growth.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly content and site structure.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely implementation of SEO strategies.

Requirements

Basic understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Ability to conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
Strong analytical skills to interpret website performance metrics.
Knowledge of content optimization techniques for improved search rankings.
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines independently.
A keen interest in staying updated with search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
